We had a great experience with Polar Bear. We called them in the middle of a heat wave and they had a technician out to us the next day. The technician was on-time, courteous and quick. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, fixed it on the spot, and made recommendations for future maintenance of our system. Also, the employee who answered the phone and scheduled the visit was very courteous and helpful. All in all, we are extremely satisfied and will use them in the future for any heating and AC problems.

I have used Polar Bear Air now on 2 separate occasions and have been very pleased with their service. They are very quick to respond and get a tech out for service to diagnose the problem and recommend what is needed. For 1 of the calls it was a loose wire and he showed us how to check it in the future to save the cost of a service call. Highly recommend.
Problem was diagnosed and technician had to come back with part 2 days later. Friendly service, pricing seemed competitive.

Great service! Starting with the office who was accommodating and able to coordinate me with a technician in only a few hours (not sure if that is typical). Angel my technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my unit and was able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
